An English accountant, 25, has spent £25k (over $40k) on plastic and cosmetic surgery to transform her body. Is there any accounting for that drastic physical overhaul?
Ask Maddison Hawk and she will give you a resounding yes. According to her interview with the British tabloid the Mirror, she been planning her body transformation since she had her ears pinned back at the age of six.
Since then, Hawk has spent in excess of £25k on cosmetic surgery, all before reaching the age of 25. As soon as Hawk turned 18, she began getting treatments and operations to achieve the plastic dream she had for herself. The subsequent surgeries and procedures read like a grocery list of cosmetic enhancements: £2,200 on permanent makeup to her eyes, lips, and eyebrows, £750 worth of chemical peels, and £3,500 a year on lip fillers, among other things.
At 23, Hawk decided to augment her 32C cup to 32H, a whopping 5 cup increase. After that, she spent £4k on laser eye surgery, £600 on laser hair removal, and £1,100 on teeth whitening.
Despite or in spite of her trim figure, Hawk opted for a massive body-wide liposuction procedure costing £5k.
Maddison Hawk defended her drastic physical alterations in her recent interview with the Mirror. "I'd tried diet and exercise but nothing I did got rid of my pot belly. I decided lipo was the only answer.
"It was the most pain I've ever been in, but I recovered quickly and loved the results, going from a size 12 to a size eight. Of course it hurt - I'd had the fat sucked out of me - but no pain, no gain.”
Says the Hawk, who is a native of Whitney, Oxfordshire, “I didn't see why you had to accept the way you were made, when there were so many treatments and surgeries available.”
