Dr. Fenner’s studies at the Indiana University School of Medicine yielded his first medical degree and honors recognition. He continued to broaden and refine his base of surgical expertise by acquiring his board certification in general surgery at the University of Chicago and attending the renowned Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery at the New York University Medical Center. Dr. Fenner has since held the title of Chief of Plastic Surgery at Evanston Hospital, Glenbrook Hospital, and Highland Park Hospital, and functioned as an assistant professor at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine. As founder and president of Fenner Plastic Surgery & Medical Spa, Dr. Fenner personally ensures that his patients needs are met using the latest and safest in medical technology.
