Dr. Chao wrapped up his collegiate experience at New York University School of Medicine to get his Master’s in Microbiology and an MD degree in Medical Science Training. After that, Dr. Chao completed hands-on training at NYU Medical Center and Manhattan Eye Ear Throat Hospital. Presently, Dr. Chao enjoys treating patients at his clinics in Encinitas and Rancho Cucamonga. When not attending to his practices, he guides future doctors as a Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of California at San Diego.
