Radiesse

Radiesse Radiance/Radiesse™ is another injectable filler that is made from the same mineral component as bone and teeth.  Because it is a natural substance and absorbed by the body over time, there is no need for the skin to be tested before treatment.  Radiance and Radiesse are both used to smooth face and lip wrinkles, as well as for lip enhancement. 

Here is where Radiance or Radiesse™ is a bit different than other fillers - It can last between 2-5 years.  If you've never tried lip augmentation or wrinkle removing injections before, we wouldn't recommend that you start with Radiesse™.  You'll want to make sure you're 100% happy with the treatment and your provider until you committ to such a long-term injectable.  That being said, if you've tried Restylane or Perlane before and loved the results with your provider, you might want to upgrade to something a bit more permanent.
