Dr. Joseph M. Perlman is a double American Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who earned his Medical Degree from prestigious Brown University in 1976. Dr. Perlman is currently an active member of multiple medical organizations around the country, which include: The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the Texas Medical Association, and the American Society of Bariatric Plastic Surgeons. He is also known to have served on the Breast Cancer Advisory Committee of Houston NW Medical Center, as well as the Women Helping Women Board of Directors, and he acted as Chairman of the Houston NW Chamber of Commerce Community Health Committee.
