Wealthy College Student Spends $43,000 on Plastic Surgery Every Year

We all allow ourselves little excesses. Maybe it’s a weekly dinner out or buying a piece of jewelry for a job well done at work. When you come from a wealthy family, however, even your excesses are excessive. Such is the life of Julia Stakhiva, a 23-year-you old Ukrainian socialite who is currently in her senior year at Regents University in London. Among the many extravagences that she Stakhiva spends money on is a lavish plastic surgery regimen that amounts to roughly $43,000 a year.

Plastic Surgery at Self Improvement

To date, Stakhiva has spent more than $250,000 on cosmetic procedures, which include facial fillers, lip injections, cheek reduction surgery, teeth whitening and semi-permanent makeup. Despite these improvements, Stakhiva is still interested in more, and she is reportedly planning to undergo a breast augmentation in the fall that comes with a price tag of almost $30,000.

For Stakhiva, all of these procedures are a means of self-improvement, a philosophy that is supported, both intellectually and financially, by her parents, who run their own food production business. According to Stakhiva, in the wealthy circles that she and her family run in, appearance is everything, and while money can buy all the cars and clothes in the world, there is no substitute for being beautiful.

Consequently, Stakhiva became interested in plastic surgery at a young age, and she suggests that all young women should start cosmetic enhancement when they’re young as a means of preserving their looks. For Stakhiva, undergoing plastic surgery procedures is just one aspect of being out in the world and enjoying her life – a life that she happily documents for her more than 33,000 Instagram followers.

Part of a Lavish Lifestyle

As you might imagine, Stakhiva’s plastic surgery habits are just one small part of an extremely lavish lifestyle. Stakhiva has such an extensive collection of clothes and accessories that she doesn’t mix and match designers when putting outfits together. Moreover, whenever the college student needs a haircut, she jumps on a plane and flies from London to Moscow. These excesses are hallmarks of a life that most of us can only dream of.

In terms of her future plans, Stakhiva isn’t thinking about getting an office job once she’s finished her college education. She is, however, fully committed to being successful in whatever she does. And while we don’t yet know what career path Stakhiva may take, one thing is guaranteed: she’s going to look great doing it.
