Is that Kate Gosselin or Jessica Simpson?

Perhaps best known for the canceled reality shows “Jon & Kate Plus 8” and “Kate Plus 8”, Gosselin has been trying to return to the limelight. According to Radar Online, the mother of eight has recently gone under the knife to aid in removing hard lines on her face.

The National Enquirer asked a few experts to compare photos of the 39-year-old celebrity.

“I think her face looks tighter and that she’s had a facelift. Injectables alone would not create that smooth and contoured jaw line and chin,” New Jersey based plastic surgeon Dr. Steve Fallek told the Enquirer. “It appears that her skin has been lifted along the sides of her face very skillfully without creating an overly pulled look. It’s an excellent facelift.”

But does this rule out Botox injections and treatments to remove age lines and wrinkles? Dr. Anthony Youn, who operates out of Troy, Michigan, claims otherwise.

“I suspect she had Botox injected into her forehead to smooth frown lines and a filler called Juvederm injected into her nasolabial folds, which are the lines running from her nose to the corners of her mouth,” Dr. Anthony Youn reported to the Enquirer.

Regardless of what Kate Gosselin has done, critics and fans agree that she looks much younger now.

“She looks like a young Jessica Simpson,” Dr. Anthony Youn commented to the Enquirer.
